19th Annual TLJMS Community Health Fair

Free Event Open to All Ages... Join us for a day of fun, education, giveaways and community! 

The 19th Annual TLJMS Community Health Fair will be hosted at the Max M. Fisher Boys & Girls Club in the heart of Rivera Beach.
Our theme this year is "Safety First". We are offering Back-to-School Physicals for children of all ages. We are also providing FREE screenings for adults including vision, dental, breast exams, blood and glucose as well as testing for diabetes, blood pressure, HIV and more. Health and Nutritional education, along with invigorating Physical Fitness activities.And FREE BACKPACK AND SUPPLIES for students!

Register before July 26th to be entered in special drawings for door prizes.

If you are volunteering to provide health services, you will need to complete the two Sovereign Immunity forms after completing the volunteer registration. Sovereign Immunity protects all healthcare providers at the health fair from claims of malpractice.
