COVID-19 Testing Event with Community Health Center of West Palm Beach

T. Leroy Jefferson Medical Society is excited to partner with Community Health Center of West Palm Beach for Testing in the Community for COVID-19 (PCR) and HIV.

Testing will take place on June 13th from 8am to 3pm at 2100 W. 45th Street, Suite A-8/9, West Palm Beach, FL 33407. Drive-up tests will be conducted in-vehicle only, in two lanes at the facility. We need you to spread the word and volunteer.
