2021 Annual Community Health Fair

T. LEROY JEFFERSON MEDICAL SOCIETY COMMUNITY HEALTH FAIR

Saturday, August 7th, 9AM -2PM

The T. Leroy Jefferson Medical Society Health Fair will be hosted at the Max M. Fisher Boys & Girls Club in the heart of Rivera Beach.

We are offering Back-to-School Physicals & COVID-19 Vaccinations. We are also providing FREE screenings for adults including vision, dental, breast exams, blood and glucose as well as testing for diabetes, blood pressure, HIV and more. Health and Nutritional education, along with invigorating Physical Fitness activities. And FREE BACKPACK AND SUPPLIES for students!
