Our healthy living program, Healthy Living for Success, is a series of classes aimed at making participants healthier by eating better and staying active.

This community-based lifestyle improvement program is focused on reducing the health risks associated with heart disease, hypertension, asthma, arthritis, diabetes, and obesity. Taught by health care professionals from TLJMS, our program focuses on nutrition, exercise, and avenues for achieving personal goals. The classes are comprised of lectures, videos, and presentations involving hands-on participation.

Participants receive individual physician lifestyle consultations and recommendations as well as health screenings at the beginning and end of the program. When the health screening results are compared, they typically show positive changes.

Graduates of our program also have the opportunity to give back by being mentors for future classes.
